This week in Rimu class we did the spaghetti challenge. If you don't know what the spaghetti challenge is then if you keep reading this you will know. The spaghetti challenge is when you get 40 pieces of raw spaghetti and 10 marshmallows and one egg. then you have to make the tallest tower out of whatever you use is doing it to and you have to balance the egg on it for about 30 seconds and the egg can't touch the ground. This is what my group did. We did do one before this one but it didn't work because it wasn't very balanced. For the second one we had to make walls out of spaghetti so the fake egg didn't fall off. The people in my group was Eben, Saxon and me. Saxon kept eating the spaghetti but we really wanted to eat the marshmallows!!!!

In Kauri class we have been writing recounts mine is about my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary. If you want know more then read my recount. Mum and dad’s anniversary. On the holidays at my house my family celebrated my mum and dad’s 16th wedding anniversary. In the morning my sister and I mad mum and dad a coffee, and then we got all the lollies and the presents out and put the lollies in some plastic poles and put them in the lung and of because we had some lollies, which kid wouldn’t. And then we got mum and dad out of bed so we could have the presents. And we got mum and dad some presents as well. My favourite present was the whip that mum and dad got me. I also got a virtual reality thing,a how to train your dragon 2 make your own background and sum boks. After that we went to van dams for lunch. And then we went to a greek restaurant for tea but I can't remember the name of the place. And I was really sad when it was over.
